ITS

Our International Technical Services (ITS) is located in Songjiang, Shanghai. The center is a world-class test, repair and support facility focusing on service.

In the state-of-the-art laboratory, technicians and dedicated field engineers receive expert hands-on training and build and test simulators for various equipment. The in-house training facility features ITS instructors to develop advanced diagnostic tools for our technicians throughout Asia Pacific. ITS teams up with these technicians and help them troubleshoot problems effectively and quickly on site.

The Shanghai-based ITS is part of the global network along with NTS America and ITS Europe. This will facilitate the exchange of information and improve the know-how of our technicians and service engineers in different countries.
