1.Develop/Maintain/update installation procedures of TKE in China
2.Develop/maintain/updated installation policy of TKE in China.
3.Cooperate with Branch manager/installation manager to make sure the procedure/policy can be implemented in each branch
4.Cooperate with related department to develop the installation methods and make sure the local regulation/rules be implemented in each branch.
5.Cooperate with Q&S department to implement the quality control system and safety system for installation.
6.Cooperate with training Department to develop the training program related installation
7.Cooperate with HR/branch manager and Installation manager in branches to develop the skill/competence of installation team.
8.Coaching the installation managers in each branch to improve their management/technical skill.
9.Manage purchasing activities to control the cost and quality.
10.Arrange the technical support when branch required.
11.Cooperate with factory for the quality feedback and corrective actions.
Requirements:
1.Major in Electronic/Mechanical, Elevator, machinery or other related, university degree or above;
2.Solid experience on elevator installation, project management and inspection operation;
3.Over 10 years related working experience including 5 years management experience ;
4.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication ability
5.Strong problem-solving skills;
6.Good leadership skills with open minded;
7.Good command of both oral and written in English.
